User Replaceable Spindle
Simplified Operation
The DWX-52D replaces the complicated controls associated with CNC milling with an intuitive Virtual Machine Panel (VPanel) that automatically swaps out used burs (ITC function), conducts machine diagnostics, and provides one-touch device calibration.
Automatic Cleaning
Load the included brush tool into the Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) and set it up to automatically sweep away zirconia dust and other debris for a cleaner milling surface. The DWX-52D also features an internal auto-start dust collection system to maintain a clean machine, and an ionizer to redue static when milling PMMA.
Open Architecture
The DWX-52D doesn't tie users to a specific software or a proprietary control source. Users have the freedom to work with their choice of the latest CAD/CAM software, scanners, and materials.
