In this consolidated digital workflow each complete denture is printed fully encapsulated in a support structure which is easilty removed with a water jet. The finished denture is then cured and polished, ready for insertion. Without the need for assembly, digital dentures can be produced more efficiently, saving time, while achieving excellent accuracy consistently.
